/VERDICT/
I'm in love with the holiday collection! The box is extremely cute and how Skinpotions put a lot of effort on the packaging is one of a kind! The box has snow, a christmas tree and a gingerbread man, peppermint frappe and candy cane which represents the shades! As well as a "To" and "From" spaces if you ever you want to grant someone's wish! Regarding the labels, it's one of my favorite and most pleasing to the eyes! I love that the labels are very uniformed even with the old shades. Aside from that, it has all the necessary information you need to know about the product which is mainly, the ingredients! The scent on the other hand is very sweet and mild! The perfect amount of sweetness for my liking! Some lip and cheek tints have overwhelming scents but this one doesn't! It tastes sweet too, yes i tasted it! It's actually a habit of mine to lick my lips especially when there's something on it.
These are downright easy to apply! I just needed a few dabs and i'm good to go! Even on the cheeks! You don't even have to swipe it not unless you want a more vibrant color payoff! But since i'm more towards the natural look, i prefer dotting it instead! Having this on my lips and cheeks feels like nothing! It's very light on the skin and even though i tried it on my lips, it didn't make me feel any of the usual stinging nor drying. And as you all know, my lips tend to dry easily! Good thing, these are formulated well and keeping my lips from drying! It also didn't trigger any breakouts on my cheek nor milia seeds on my eyelids!
Pigmented, blendable, buildable and long-lasting! These tints are everything! Prior to this, i always prefer gel tints but they have the tendency to feel a little sticky or heavy when you apply too much that's why i always go for water tints especially when it comes to comfortablity! Whether you apply 1-3 layers or more, it still feels the same! The consistency is very nice that i sometimes mix it with my concealer to color correct my dark circles / marks. Not only they're flexible but they also last the whole day! When i tested these, i had them on since 10 in the morning and i still have tints on until sun down! Although it fades but it doesn't let my lips look pale and the tint it leaves is the color as the shade is! I have nothing against otherwise but i noticed that most of the lip and cheek tints has this pink stain that they leave. Be it a purple shade or a red shade. It always has that color and i'm just not a fan of bright pink. Luckily, these are one of the very few water tints that doesn't do such!
These are sold as a set for only P349 / $7 and you'll get these 3 gorgeous shades! My personal favorite is Peppermint Frappe because it's the most festive shade and the most compatible shade for my skin tone / undertone! Adding these to the initial shades of Sugar Flush Lip and Cheek Tints, there will be a total of 11 shades which consists of Reds, Purples, Pinks and even Oranges to cater all skin tones with different undertones! And most importantly, shades that can be worn by all Filipina ladies! Some are underestimating local brands here in the Philippines, even our own people. But look at these! These are being offered locally and very affordable! This is one of the reasons why i'd rather look in our own market instead of scrolling through international brands because we have a lot to offer especially in the skincare and cosmetics industry!
