HOW TO USE

After making my hair damp, i scrub the shampoo bar directly onto my scalp before massaging and rinsing off thoroughly.

PROS

When i first opened this, it looked really nice and cute. I like the fact that the packaging is eco-friendly and it has a rope for proper storage to prevent it from dissolving too quickly. I have tried a shampoo bar before but the presentation of this is quite unique. Not to mention the bar being two-toned is already something new because it’s the first time i saw such. Also, it has no sharp edges unlike most of the shampoo bars in the market as well as this is harder and more compact which makes it slower to dissolve = more washes! I used this solely without any conditioner as i wanted to see and observe its effect/s on my hair which is what i always do so i can really take note of the product. I actually can’t live without conditioner because my hair is neither that nice, straight and soft. It’s very dull and due to the excessive hair coloring years ago (i used to dye my hair every 3 months until the hair color doesn't work on my hair anymore), it became really coarse and dry. But i know i have to be very careful with conditioners as it also triggers my dandruff. Good thing, this shampoo bar is all that i needed. It made my hair very soft and manageable despite not using conditioner afterwards. Previously, i need to use a paddle hair brush for my hair as comb cannot really manage to untangle but while using this, even fingers are enough for me to use as a comb! Lastly, as i've mentioned, i have dandruff. It's actually triggered by stress and worsened by conditioner. Luckily, when i used this, it alleviated my problem regarding dandruff without making my scalp / hair oily! Just shiny and healthy looking mane! 

CONS

No itchiness or any discomfort were experienced when using this product! Even though the scent wasn't my cup of tea, it was bearable. Regarding its hang rope, right after the first time that i used the bar, i'm guessing that it really couldn't handle the shampoo bar's weight that's why it separated from the rope causing it to drop and have cracks but these things are actually small things as it doesn't affect the product's performance. But i felt that i just had to share about it.

VERDICT

This shampoo bar exceeded my expectations! Although there was actually no indication with how many shampoo bottles it is equivalent to but based on my personal knowledge, it roughly is equivalent to 2-3 bottles of 200ml. And it has no grams indicated but if i'm not mistaken, they changed the labels recently and indicated it already. I started using this since the 21st of November and after using for 2 months, it's still firm and probably i can still use it for more than a month! Talk about getting more than what you paid for! It really lived up to its name, SOLID! If you guys are planning to incorporate zero-minimal waste even in your personal hygiene, this would be one of the products i'm going to suggest! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! ⭐️⭐️⭐️
