DETAILS
This product is said to give shine and body to your hair. Also, 1 bar is good for 60-80 washes which is equivalent to 3 bottles of 200ml liquid conditioner.
HOW TO USE
After washing my hair with their Chamomile and Mango Butter Shampoo Bar, i rub the conditioner bar straight onto my hair and massage it using my fingers before rinsing off thoroughly with lukewarm water.
PROS
When they said that the peppermint scent is addictive, it truly is! And even though it's the first time that i used such product, it still didn't give me a hard time to use it. My hair is frizzy and dull to begin with and even worsen since i used to change hair colors / dye my hair almost every 3 months making my locks extremely damaged. But i always try to avoid conditioners as much as possible because my scalp is very problematic and LOVES producing dandruff! When i use conditioners that doesn't suit me always triggers it or whenever i'm stressed out. That's one of the main reasons why i avoid such but my hair really needs some of it so i'm really picky at the same time skeptical with conditioners. Luckily, this conditioner didn't cause any dandruff and it has a cooling effect whenever i use it which also helps get rid of my dandruff. It also made my hair soft, smooth and shiny. It really tamed my hair and gave life to it. I'm originally not bothered by split ends just because i'm not too conscious with it as much as i am with dandruff as it really affects my self-esteem and feels like those people who talks to me looks at my head and not my eyes or even face. You guys might think that i'm shallow about this self-esteem and dandruff connection thing but if you've experienced talking to someone and in the middle of the conversation, they will say "uhm, you have a huge dandruff" and ends up, they weren't paying attention to you as they're distracted by your snowflake-like dandruff. I'm more than glad that i'm able to use this and it worked on me really well. Not only by making my hair feel and look better but also did give me confidence.
CONS
No itchiness or any discomfort were experienced while using this product but do make sure that you will store it properly because it tends to soften easily with temperature. When i got it, it was sweating and soft, i was told to put it in the fridge for a while since it's due to the hot weather and delivery time but i was too excited that i just used it. It tends to leave chunks of the product after a few weeks which i think is normal, you just need to rinse it off properly. :)
VERDICT
It's one of my favorite products that i've tried and enjoyed trying throughout my journey as a blogger! It's just not a product but also has a purpose. To inspire people to switch and incorporate zero to minimal waste practice in our personal hygienic routines. It's amazing and it really lasted 60-80 washes! It's no joke, i even think it lasted more than that because i finished the shampoo bar first and that lasted around the said washes. Which means this conditioner bar isn't just an equivalent of 3 bottles. More than that! Which makes me more amazed by the brand as they really stayed true to their words and didn't mismarket the product. The Happy Organics is really a brand that earned their reputation because of how good and effective their products are. Definitely a must-buy! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! ⭐️⭐️⭐️
